Return & Refund Policy

At Terra Roots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our detailed return and refund guidelines below.

Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Item Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@terraroots.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Restocking Fees

• We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

• Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@terraroots.net with photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
