Priority Two: Complete Direct Replacement
Structural Failure
If the defect compromises structural safety, foot balance, or cannot be made 100% sound, we issue a prompt replacement of the exact model, color, and size at no expense to you. If that model is archived, you receive full store credit to choose an equivalent pair.
